Welcome to Cheap Transport Euorope Platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. The Platform's Role as a Neutral Venue

1.1. Intermediary Service. Transport Euorope Platform is a technology platform that provides a neutral, online venue for users to connect. "Shippers" can post details of shipments they require, and "Carriers" can post available transport routes and submit quotes for shipments.

1.2. Not a Party to Agreements. We are not a broker, freight forwarder, motor carrier, or any other form of transportation provider. The actual contract for shipping services is directly and exclusively between the Shipper and the Carrier. We are not a party to any such agreement and have no obligations or liabilities related to it.

1.3. No Guarantee. We do not guarantee the performance, quality, legality, safety, or timeliness of any shipment or service offered by users. We do not guarantee that a Shipper will pay a Carrier, nor that a Carrier will complete a delivery as agreed. All transactions and agreements are made at the users' own risk.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

2.1. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized them.

2.2. User Verification

While we provide features for user verification (including Email, Carrier Document, and Identity Verification), we do not endorse any user or guarantee their identity, legitimacy, or reliability. Verification is a tool to aid your decision-making, but you are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any agreement with another user.

2.3. User Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Post any false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
  • Infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
  • Use the Services to transport illegal, hazardous (unless properly declared and agreed upon), or prohibited goods.
  • Circumvent our fee structure, billing process, or fees owed.

3. Platform Services and Fees

3.1. Tokens

Certain actions on the Platform, primarily for Carrier users, require the use of "Tokens." Tokens are purchased from us and are used to access specific features, such as submitting quotes or posting routes.

  • Tokens have no monetary value outside of the Platform and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • All Token purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to change the cost of Tokens and the number of Tokens required for any action at any time.

3.2. Payment for Shipments

All financial transactions for shipping services are handled directly between the Shipper and the Carrier. [Your Platform Name] is not involved in and does not process payments for shipments. We are not responsible for any payment disputes.

4. Disputes Between Users

You agree that any legal remedy or liability that you seek to obtain for actions or omissions of other users will be limited to a claim against the particular user or users who caused you harm. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor or become involved in disputes between you and other users.

5. Disclaimers

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, [YOUR PLATFORM NAME] EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS.

6. Limitation of Liability

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES AND ANY CONTACT YOU HAVE WITH OTHER USERS REMAINS WITH YOU.

NEITHER Transport Euorope Platform NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL OR BODILY INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

7. Indemnification

If we exercise our discretion under these Terms to do so, any or all of the following can occur with or without prior notice or explanation to you: (a) your account will be deactivated or suspended, your password will be disabled, and you will not be able to access the Services or your account, and (b) any pending or accepted future listings or quotes may be immediately canceled.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
