Yes, it's completely free to post your shipment request on our platform. There are no hidden fees or charges for shippers to:
- Create and post shipment requests
- Receive and compare quotes from carriers
- Contact carriers with questions
- Search and browse available routes
You only pay for the transport service you select, with transparent pricing shown upfront.
All carriers on our platform go through a strict verification process:
- Document verification: We check transport licenses, insurance certificates, and company registration documents
- Vehicle checks: Carriers must provide proof of vehicle inspections and certifications (especially for specialized transport like refrigerated goods)
- Background screening: We verify the carrier's operating history and check for any safety violations
- Initial review period: New carriers start with limited access until they complete their first shipments successfully
You can view each carrier's verification badges and customer ratings before selecting them for your shipment.
Our platform acts as a neutral marketplace to connect you with independent carriers. Your contract for shipping is made directly with the carrier, not with us.
Therefore, the carrier is solely responsible for the safe transport of your goods. We are not a party to your agreement and cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or other issues that may occur.
We strongly advise you to discuss insurance options directly with the carrier before finalizing your booking.
If damage occurs, you must resolve the issue directly with the carrier. We recommend these steps:
- Document any damage with clear photos immediately upon delivery.
- Make a note of the damage on the bill of lading or delivery receipt before signing.
- Contact the carrier directly through our messaging system to report the issue and initiate a claim.
All disputes or claims for damages must be settled between you and the carrier according to the terms of your agreement.
For Carriers
Our token system ensures quality connections between carriers and shippers:
- Tokens are purchased in packages (10€ = 100 tokens)
- Carriers spend tokens to perform actions on the platform:
- 20 tokens to submit a quote
- 10 tokens to respond to a message
- 30 tokens to post a route for 7 days
- 20 tokens/day to boost a route's visibility
- Tokens are not refunded if a quote is rejected, encouraging carriers to only bid on relevant shipments
- Monthly packages offer better value for frequent users
This system helps prevent spam and ensures carriers are serious about the connections they make.
With 0% platform fees, we'll never take a cut of your payment, you only pay to connect with relevant shipments.
The tokens covers payment processing, customer support, platform maintenance, and our dispute resolution services.
After each completed shipment, both shippers and carriers can rate each other on a 5-star system and leave written feedback.

- Double-blind initially: Ratings are only published after both parties have submitted theirs
- Multiple criteria: Shippers rate on punctuality, condition of goods, communication, and professionalism
- Response options: Carriers can respond publicly to reviews

Your average rating directly affects your visibility in search results and the number of requests you receive.
To register as a carrier, you'll need to provide:
For all carriers
- Transport license
- Cargo insurance certificate
- Company registration documents
- Vehicle registration documents
- Recent vehicle inspection reports
For specialized transport
- ADR certificate (dangerous goods)
- Temperature control certifications
- Oversized load permits (if applicable)
- Food transport authorization (if applicable)
Verification typically takes 1-3 business days. You can start using the platform with limited access while your documents are being reviewed.
Token System
Your purchased tokens are yours to keep and never expire. They will remain in your account wallet until you use them.
While all token purchases are final and non-refundable, you have flexibility:
- Keep them for future use - Your token balance doesn't have an expiration date.
- Transfer them - You can move tokens to another account within your company.
Monthly subscription packages can be canceled anytime, and any unused tokens will remain in your account for future use.
Yes, there are several ways to earn tokens without purchasing them:
- Referral program: Earn 100 tokens for every new carrier you refer who completes registration
- Excellent service: Top-rated carriers receive token bonuses monthly
- Early adoption: Participate in platform testing and provide feedback to earn tokens

However, most active carriers will need to purchase token packages to maintain regular operations on the platform.
